At Vorunex, we are committed to making every order straightforward, secure, and stress-free. This Refund Policy explains when returns may be accepted, how refunds are processed, and what customers should do if a problem occurs with an order.
Return Eligibility
Customers may submit a return request within 30 days from the date the package is confirmed as delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and free from any alterations.
- All original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and included components must be returned with the item.
- A valid receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase must be provided.
Items that do not satisfy these requirements may not be accepted for return or refund.

Important Notice:
- Products returned without prior authorization or without the official return label provided by Vorunex may be declined and sent back to the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We encourage customers to inspect their packages as soon as they are delivered.
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives under any of the following circumstances:
- The item was damaged during transportation.
- The product is defective or does not function correctly.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The item received is significantly different from the product ordered.

Products That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products are not eligible for return because of hygiene, safety, or operational restrictions. These products include:
- Perishable goods, including food, plants, and flowers.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Personal care and hygiene-related products.
- Hazardous, chemical, or flammable materials.
- Shipping fees paid during checkout.
The following products are also considered final sale and cannot be refunded:
- Clearance or discounted products.
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
Vorunex does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
To receive a different item, customers should complete the following process:
- Submit a return request for the original product.
- Wait for approval and complete the authorized return.
- Place a separate order for the preferred replacement product.
This process allows us to maintain accurate inventory records and handle requests more efficiently.
European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Customers located within the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days after delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
During this withdrawal period, customers may return their purchase without being required to provide a reason.
To exercise this right:
- The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact.
- Valid proof of purchase must be supplied.
This legal right of withdrawal applies independently from Vorunex’s standard 30-day return policy.
Refund Processing
After the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
When a refund is approved:
- The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing may take up to 10 business days.
- Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Return Shipping Requirements
Returned products must only be shipped after receiving official authorization from Vorunex.
Customers must use the return label supplied by our support team. Returns shipped without authorization or through another shipping method may not be accepted.
